Xuyang is a mature manufacturer and supplier of diodes which was found in 2001, the integrated production lines including assembly, welding, testing and packaging machinery are settled in China.            We developed SIDAC products and applied them to the field of igniters for home appliances successfully.

2004 - Started to produce NTC Thermistor and applied them to home appliances.

2005 - Promoted SMD Diode to European and Asian markets.

2006 - adding two production lines due to the market demand.

2007 - Our new 8,000 m² building was completed.

2008 - All products compliant to RoHS and got SGS certification.

2009 - Started to produce High precision NTC Thermistors which are used in medical instruments such as thermometers.

2011 - Increased share of Chinese market

2012 - Developed the NTC thermistor with more different packages for customers to choose.

2014 - Developed LLDB4, LLDB6 special Trigger diode for SMT circuit boards

2015 - Update our new company websit, www.china-diode.com to make customers know our products better.

2016 - Cooperated with Alibaba, used Assurance order to guarantee customers’ 100% secure transactions

2017 - Attended Electronic components exhibitions of Global sources again.
